Our Story

We’re Areeb and Viet, two college students studying coding and tech. We both work at Verizon and noticed many customers, especially seniors, struggled with their phones, computers, and Wi-Fi because they didn’t have time or felt too confused to ask for help. As students, we wanted to make tech help easy, so we started PrimeTech Concierge to solve your tech problems with simple, friendly support—whether it’s a quick call or an in-person visit!
